Hey Comp Players!  Here is the team list and the schedule.  2011 Comp Teams  As you can see by the rosters, we are short on players this year.  If you want to play, but aren’t on the list come on out on Thursday and we’ll get you on a team.

All games will be played on the Barrie Central Collegiate field.

Each team needs to appoint a captain to collect fees and participate in the pre-game captains meeting.  All changes to the UPA rules need to be agreed to by both captains before the game.

Team fees are $400.  Captains please collect from your team and pay me ASAP.  If payment has not been recieved before the game on week 3, the game will be forfieted.

Unfortunately, I am out of town for the next two weeks, so you can pay either Jen or Ian during my absence.  Please email scores to me at jim.millington@sympatico.ca

Cheers,

Jim

Hi everyone,

The snow is gone, the grass is growing, and it’s time to get ready for summer ultimate! We have a great season planned for you so get your cleats out and read on for this season’s info. New stuff for each league is first, then the summary of the things that we usually do just as a reminder.

Congratulations to the Kids who won the competetive championships with a 2 point win over Jesse’s team.  It was a nailbiter, but the Kids pulled it of, even though they played with 6 players for most of the game.

Andy’s Team beat Bulk Barn in the consolation.

Greta season everyone!  See you at Indoor!

Cheers,

Jim

Monday nights are full, absolutely and completely. If you really want to play Mondays, email me (Talena) and I will put you on a waiting list. If there are enough people to make two teams (so even numbers) I will do so. At present this looks highly unlikely. Tuesdays have room for 4 males and that is all – again, email me first, please. Thursdays (Competitive) are definitely taking players, so contact Jim or Tyler. The Juniors need coaches so if you’d like some extra field time, contact Julianna or Diana. (all addresses are “name@barrieultimate.com”).
